Meet Joe
Hi everyone — thanks so much for being here.
I took my first breaths underwater at the age of 10, and from that moment on, I was
completely hooked. The ocean became more than a place I loved — it became a way of
life. Growing up, I was fortunate to travel on multiple dive trips each year with my family,
and later with friends, exploring new destinations and cultures through the lens of the
sea. Those early experiences shaped everything that followed.
By 18, I became a certified dive professional and never looked back. I spent years
working at my local dive shop, gaining hands-on experience not just as an instructor, but
as a mentor, trip leader, and problem-solver. Over time, it became clear that my passion
extended beyond teaching skills underwater — I wanted to create meaningful, well-run
travel experiences that connected people to the ocean and to each other.
That passion led me into the travel industry, where I expanded my focus beyond diving alone. I’ve lived in multiple countries, traveled extensively, and developed a deep appreciation for cultural immersion, adventure travel, and the small details that turn a trip into a life-changing experience. Today, I combine all of that experience as both a professional dive instructor and a private travel consultant.

design a custom itinerary, my goal is the same: seamless planning, exceptional
experiences, and zero stress.

Travis leads video editing and content creation, serving as the visual storyteller behind
Blue Mind Oceanic. Through high-quality video, photography, and digital content, he
helps translate the emotion, energy, and purpose of each journey into compelling media
that defines the brand’s voice and presence. His work is instrumental in how Blue Mind
Oceanic connects with its community and shares its experiences with the world.
Kyle serves as a strategic consultant, contributing industry expertise, big-picture
thinking, and guidance as Blue Mind Oceanic continues to grow. He plays an important
advisory role in refining concepts, evaluating opportunities, and supporting long-term
vision and decision-making
Together, Travis and Kyle help strengthen the foundation of Blue Mind Oceanic,
supporting its mission and evolution while all trips, travel planning, and client
experiences are personally led by Joe.
